Last week, we celebrated the next chapter of India Last week, we celebrated the next chapter of Indian Hills Apartments with residents, partners, community leaders, and friends in Greeneville. ✂️💙 The Ribbon Cutting and Renovation Celebration marked the completion of a $6.5 million rehabilitation of 52 affordable homes for local families. From updated apartment interiors with new cabinets, countertops, flooring, light fixtures, HVAC units, ENERGY STAR windows, appliances, and exterior doors to refreshed property-wide spaces, this project represents a meaningful investment in the Indian Hills community. Guests had the opportunity to see the new siding and landscaping, expanded community room, playground, picnic shelter, monument sign, and completed home updates firsthand during the celebration and property tours. Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported this work, and helped make the day so special. We are proud to celebrate this completed rehabilitation and excited for all that is ahead for Indian Hills Apartments. 📍 Indian Hills Apartments | Greeneville, TN
