Cool treats and great company! 🍧 This August, Richmond Villas hosted a fun “Popsicles with the Marshals” event where residents got to beat the summer heat with delicious popsicles while spending time with our local marshals. It was an afternoon filled with smiles, community bonding, and of course, lots of refreshing treats! Thank you to everyone who came out and made it a sweet success!

AAMCI is hiring a Lead Maintenance employee to join our team at a 56-unit Senior/Disabled community in Alderson, WV.

Full time position Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Starting at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, On call premium.

Qualifications necessary for success:
- HVAC/EPA Certified preferred
- Handyman experience
- Power tools
- Painting
- Drywall
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Lawncare, mowing, weed eating, mulching
- Ability to adhere to work safety program
- Ability to perform all duties including but not limited to lifting, climbing, standing, bending, loading, unloading, and working outdoors in inclement weather
